1. Atelier Purchases

By placing an order through the LUXORIA digital atelier, you agree that you are purchasing artisan Extraits de Parfum and olfactory creations for personal enjoyment. All pricing is shown in standard currency and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Authenticity & Limited Batches

Our fragrances are compounded and macerated in limited batches utilizing rare natural essences. Slight variations in color or natural botanical sediment are hallmarks of authentic niche perfumery and do not constitute product defects.

3. Intellectual Property

All fragrance compositions, bottle designs, visual campaigns, editorial essays, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of LUXORIA Parfums and Maison Aura Noir.
