Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Complimentary White-Glove Dispatch

We provide complimentary insured courier delivery on all orders above $100. Each flacon is hand-inspected, wrapped in archival tissue, sealed with our monogram artisan stamp, and packed in temperature-controlled protective casing.

2. Estimated Transit Timelines

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. International dispatches are serviced via express air courier and arrive within 5 to 7 business days, subject to local customs clearance.

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of Haute Parfumerie, returned items must remain in their original unopened condition, in sealed cellophane wrapping, within 14 days of receipt. Complimentary 2ml discovery samples are included with full bottles so you may experience the fragrance before unsealing the presentation flacon.
